FitoWise is an EIT Food funded project designed to empower greenhouse farmers to achieve predictable, higher yields of high-quality vegetables. The project addresses the critical challenge of providing a growing population with healthy food by optimizing greenhouse cultivation practices.

It takes a comprehensive approach to greenhouse monitoring and optimization through the following methods:

• IoT sensors:
  Measure external environmental parameters like temperature, humidity, and light.
• Drainage water scale:
  Monitors water content and quality of the growing medium to determine optimal watering needs.
• Image analysis:
  Tracks plant growth and health through image capture and software analysis. This helps identify the impact of environmental factors and guide interventions.
